The Yorkshire Dales abounds with caves and potholes, and there are many caving and potholing clubs around. There are a number of Show Caves for those not adventourous enough to explore on their own. The largest of these is White Scar Cave on the flanks of Ingleborough, just outside of Ingleton (on the Hawes Road).
